What to expect from the healthy hemp dosa batter?
Batter consistency: Has to be a little thick not too runny
Taste: Since the healthy hemp dosa is made with hemp seed cake and millets, you might get a mild bitter after-taste.
Texture: A little course and grainy because of the hemp seeds
Cooking instructions: Add water & salt as per requirement. Cook on medium or low flame, till you feel it's cooked, which usually takes 3 - 5 minutes, a little longer than the regular dosa.
